This is one of our downtown Johnson City lofts Hosted by The Sanctuary Co. Our loft is right in the heart of downtown Johnson City overlooking a breezy courtyard. We love being able to walk to the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, music venues, parks, shopping, and more! This is the perfect place to stay as you explore all that downtown JC has to offer!

The Space

Our apartment is right in the heart of downtown in between Main Street and the downtown square parking lot, overlooking a breezy patio courtyard. There are restaurants, breweries, parks, and a new theatre steps from the apartment. So fun! There are so many options at your fingertips from this loft. You can easily stop by the farmers' market, take a stroll through Founders Park, or swing by one of the many events in the evening. There is even a restaurant under the complex for easy access to brunch, dinner, and events!

Guest Access

Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.

Interaction With Guests

We have stringent and intentional cleaning methods that take CDC recommendations and more into consideration as we prepare each of our homes for guests to stay. Our aim is to provide a home away from home experience for every guest, family, or group that stays with us.

Other things to note

- - - Locals MUST contact the host prior to instant booking. This is to prevent parties at our building, The building has a strict occupancy limit, any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately There is a fee schedule for house rules violations, they are as follows: Checkout is 10AM. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. ALL late check-out requests must be submitted the day before departure. If not vacating on time leads to other losses you will be billed for those as well. This includes guest refunds. This is a non-smoking building. Any type of smoke is prohibited. This violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Any lost keys or parking credentials will be $75 per lost item to replace. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. Our cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous guest" If you trash the apartment you will be billed an additional $75 fee. This is a self-check-in property. You understand this and will be responsible for all keys, and if they are misplaced must pay $50 for replacement. You certify that you will read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets are a $100 fee. Unauthorized late check-out is a $100 fee. If the late check-out is past 12 p.m., then the guest is required to pay for the following night or any losses due to our inability to prepare the property for the next guest.


Stays over 30 days have a cleaning fee of $150.

Meg’s place was wonderful! Super clean and very close to restaurants and breweries! Highly recommended!

Had a great stay! Close to a lot of great restaurants and breweries in downtown Johnson City. The apt is extremely nice and updated. It’s right across from one of my favorite places in downtown, Holy Taco!

Meg’s place was beautiful and well decorated. It was easy to find and accessible. She clearly disclosed the noise from the train and the noise from the restaurant below. I was there on a Sunday and there was only noise from the train. I will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful downtown JC apartment. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of all the attractions. The apartment itself has a cozy, homey feel and is situated right above a delightful restaurant with friendly staff. Meg was highly responsive, and the check-in/out process was seamless. The only minor inconvenience, which is beyond Meg’s control, is the occasional noise from cars or parties in the lively downtown area, often lasting into the early morning hours. Fortunately, my 9-month-old managed to sleep through it all. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially when traveling with slightly older children.
