The Space

This 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment with king bed is located in the heart of Johnson City's recently revitalized downtown area. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the Smart TV with its many entertainment options or explore the surrounding area. Right outside your space are some of regions best places to eat and play!

We stock the space with little extras and everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Our goal is to provide everything our guests need to feel right at home! Bathrooms are stocked with towels and hygiene products. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal!

There is a Laundry room directly across the unit. It is free to use.

Guest Access

PARKING TIPS: The Downtown Parking Square is a free parking lot next to our place. Guests are usually able to find a spot from morning till late afternoon, but right across W. St of Franklin Rd is a big lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.

Transit

Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace.

Other things to note

- - - Locals MUST contact the host prior to instant booking. This is to prevent parties at our building, The building has a strict occupancy limit, any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately There is a fee schedule for house rules violations, they are as follows: Checkout is 10AM. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. ALL late check-out requests must be submitted the day before departure. If not vacating on time leads to other losses you will be billed for those as well. This includes guest refunds. This is a non-smoking building. Any type of smoke is prohibited. This violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Any lost keys or parking credentials will be $75 per lost item to replace. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. Our cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous guest" If you trash the apartment you will be billed an additional $75 fee. This is a self-check-in property. You understand this and will be responsible for all keys, and if they are misplaced must pay $50 for replacement. You certify that you will read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets are a $100 fee. Unauthorized late check-out is a $100 fee. If the late check-out is past 12 p.m., then the guest is required to pay for the following night or any losses due to our inability to prepare the property for the next guest.


Stays over 30 days have a cleaning fee of $150.

Good location in town. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly—toilet obviously dirty and used bandaid on the floor. Other areas were clean. The unit is adjacent to a shared laundry room. The walls are thin, so all noise from the laundry is heard. During our stay, guests in other units were crazy loud well after midnight—yelling and hanging out in the hallway. I suspect they were also Airbnb guests, but not sure. YMMV.

Wonderful place in a great location.

Our stay was Great. Great location, walk to everything Downtown . Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds,everything was as listed. Will definitely stay again.
