Alexander Greer
My journey in creating The Sanctuary Co. began during a time when I moved to Southern California. I was in an unfamiliar place and unsure of what the future held, but in the midst of a challenging season, I experienced uplifting hospitality from many Airbnb hosts and others in the community. After spending three transformative months as an Airbnb guest in sunny California, the seeds of my business were sown.
Inspired by the impact of those experiences, when I moved back to Johnson City nine years ago, I set out to share the same joy of hospitality by offering my own cherished home on Airbnb. What began as a single property has since grown into The Sanctuary Co., serving guests and property owners across Northeast Tennessee and beyond.
